Rewarding Good Behaviour a Carnival

One of the key events that exemplified the school's values was the recent Rainbow Carnival celebration. All pupils who demonstrated excellent behaviour by staying on the Rainbow throughout the summer term were invited to this special event. The children had the opportunity to decorate festive masks, dance on the school field, and enjoy delicious ice cream and treats.

This event aligned perfectly with Norbury Manor's core values of Resilience, Empathy, and Excellence. By recognising and rewarding positive behaviour, the school reinforced the importance of perseverance, consideration for others, and always striving to do one's best. The carnival provided a fun and inclusive celebration that brought the school community together, fostering a sense of Community and Thankfulness.
